Coments on the condition:
Exemplaire sur un flan extrêmement large, bien centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Usure importante, de même qualité que ceux représentés dans l’ouvrage de Raymond, mais parfaitement identifiable. Faiblesse de frappe au revers sous l’animal. Recouvert d’une épaisse patine grise de collection ancienne

Commentary
Notre exemplaire ne semble pas provenir d’une liaison de coin connue aussi bien pour le droit que pour le revers. Cependant, il est très proche du n° 60, pl. 9 de D. Raymond. Pourrait être de même coin de revers que l’exemplaire de l’American Numismatic Society (ANS. 24, pl. 2) mais l’état de conservation de notre exemplaire ne permet pas de trancher. Notre tétradrachme est de poids lourd comparé aux exemplaires actuellement recensés.
