Obverse description : Ecu présentant en 1 et 4 le blason de Castille (une tour surmontée de trois tourelles) et en 2 et 3 le blason de Leon (un lion dressé à gauche). Armes présentées dans un écu couronné, présentant un globe crucigère. Cet écu est complété au centre par un écusson à trois lys.
