Obverse translation : “Dominus Noster Theodosius Pius Felix Augustus”, (Notre seigneur Théodose pieux heureux auguste).

Reverse description : Constantinople assise à gauche, casquée et drapée, les jambes croisées, le pied droit posé sur une proue de navire, tenant de la main droite un globe crucigère et de la main gauche un sceptre ; derrière, un bouclier.
