Premier type du follis de Tibère II Constantin, frappé seulement en 578 (an 4) et ne sera pas repris l’année suivante. Pendilia aux extrémités bouletées. Cuirasse cloutée (3) et lignée. Le bouclier est orné d’un cavalier stylisé.
