Ce denier est frappé sur un flan irrégulier. Monnaie recouverte d’une patine grise de médaillier. Le droit a été frappé avec un coin usé, tandis que celui du revers était presque neuf

Commentary

Denier issu du même coin de revers que le denier n° 9 du trésor de Savonnières (dont il pourrait en provenir) (Prou 337), qu’un autre exemplaire provenant de Beaumont-en-Véron et que l’exemplaire n° 338a du département des Monnaies, Médailles et Antiques de la BnF.
